We do this to prevent your pizza from getting soggy and to maintain the integrity of the dough. Neapolitan pizza dough is elastic and soft, causing it to absorb moisture from the sauce and toppings when it’s cut. For the best and most delicious experience, cut it right before eating or eat with a fork and knife like they do in Italy. With that being said, we will gladly cut your pizza, if you would like.
